There have been some recent updates to My Reporting APP (iOS only) and Report Systems Australia paperwork. Below is an update of current changes.
New – Report Defect Statement Generator
The iPad version of the My Reporting APP now has a Report Defect Statement Generator for both the property report and the timber pest report. Inspectors can now complete defect statements from a tailored list of inputs. The defect statements are not ‘set in concrete’ and can be edited by the inspector. The aim of the Defect Statement Generator is to produce a uniform and concise statement whereby reducing the risk of consumer misunderstandings.
Coming Soon – Methamphetamine Detection Report
The iPad version of the My Reporting APP will have a report that includes site notes for methamphetamine detection. An agreement will also be available for use in both Microsoft word and digital format. The agreement, reports and site notes have been reviewed by a legal practitioner. For more details click here.
Update – AS 3660.2:2017
The Microsoft Word termite forms have now been updated to take into consideration AS 3660.2:2017 and can be downloaded from the Report Systems Australia website. New and revised forms (dated 31st January 2018) include:
- Standard Termite Detection Report (Versions 1 & 2)
- Follow-Up Special-Purpose Termite Detection Report
- Subterranean Termite Management Plan
- Subterranean Termite Management Proposal & Agreement
- Subterranean Termite Management Systems Certificate of Installation -z existing buildings and structures
The revised forms on the My Reporting App are being phased in and the Standard Termite Detection Report has already been uploaded.
